Hello, I am Masood, the founder of MCollabshop, a young business based in Quetta, Pakistan. We sell pre-owned, new and vintage watches, including brands such as Casio and Seiko. We are a small business, and we want every customer to feel safe buying from us. This policy explains clearly what happens if you are not happy with your order.
Our promise
Every watch is photographed, checked and described as honestly as we can, including its condition. We only sell watches that we believe to be genuine and as described. We do not sell replica or copy watches.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make the site work (for example, keeping items in your cart) and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work properly without them.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
We use your information to:

How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed for orders, returns, legal and accounting purposes, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop receiving marketing messages.
What can be returned
You can return a watch if:
- It arrived damaged or broken in transit.
- It is not as described (for example, wrong model, wrong condition, or a feature that was not mentioned).
- It is not working when it arrives, unless the listing clearly said it is sold for parts or not working.
- You received the wrong item.
What cannot be returned
- Watches that have been worn outside, used, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
- Watches returned without the original packaging and any included items (box, papers, extra links, accessories).
- Items listed as “sold as seen”, “for parts” or “not working”, unless they were not as described.
- Return requests made after the return window has ended.
Condition notes by type
- New watches: must be unworn, with all tags, packaging and papers.
- Pre-owned and vintage watches: these are older items and may show normal signs of age, such as small scratches, patina or wear. Such signs are not a reason for return when they were shown or described in the listing. Vintage watches may also need servicing over time, which is normal.
How to request a return

- Send your order number, your name, a short reason, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
- We will reply within [2] business days and tell you if the return is approved.
- Once approved, we will give you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping
- If the return is because of our mistake (damaged, wrong item, or not as described), we will pay the return shipping cost.
- If you simply changed your mind, the buyer pays the return shipping cost.
Please pack the watch carefully and use a trackable delivery service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until we confirm that the item has arrived.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (or by [bank transfer / other method]) within [7] business days. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you would like a different watch instead of a refund, tell us and we will help, subject to availability.
